The combination of RCN Solutions' new RD Clean Concept technology and the company's innovative laminate kiln has such obvious advantages that Italian customers did not miss the opportunity to be the first to order a new type of laminate kiln equipped with the RD Clean Concept.
The customer is located in northern Italy and chose a Lammy System 2, a single-chamber kiln with two laminated frames, combining RCN's mature structural technology with the latest revolutionary system RD Clean Concept. This combination produces perfectly clean glass edges immediately after lamination, so that the glass can be removed from the kiln and delivered to the end user.
This concept developed and designed by RCN ensures a proper fit while preventing the laminated interlayer from extruding from the edge, making the glass edge clear, clean and smooth.
